Trulia Hindsight

Trulia Hindsight is an animated map of homes in the entire USA. The animations use the year the properties were built to show the growth of streets, neighborhoods and cities over time. The site is the result of a collaboration between Stamen Design and Trulia aimed at providing a new perspective on the depth and breadth of information available at trulia.com.

Using The Map
To get started, choose a point of interest from the map, browse around for yourself or use the search tool to get straight to what you’re interested in. In addition to dragging and zooming, you can use slider controls to animate a specific time range, scroll through the years or adjust the brightness of the underlying map. Try the map »
